I’ve being doing enough work to get by.
I have NOT been doing enough work to set myself above the rest.
Quite frankly,
This has to stop right here, right now.

being lazy is ok, as long as your performance is above the rest. know your key performance indicator (kpi) and the objective of your work. dont just do and do dengan rajinnya without knowing what is the value of your work.
