<description>The main obstacle is the mentality.

To be a well developed country in years to come, the internal leapfrog is at least 70% of the citizens must enveloped the first class mentality.

Do all of us need a dictionary in order to fathom the words?

It depends on us. It is how we think and analyse projects in order to meet the objective for the betterment of the people and our beloved country, Malaysia.

No nepotism please.

Particularly to the politicians and those who are responsible in executing the 9th Malaysia Plan.

I am a Malaysian by myself, but I am not a Malaysian in today's crowd - www.mohdsharazad.blogspot.com

<description>That is what i am trying to say here amirul. The government has some great plans at work but the human capital (us) have to work harder to make it come true. Neverthelss, without the great master plan from the government, even if we work harder and harder, we gain nothing except for individual satisfaction and success.

We dont need to be spoonfeed, no need the grants, loans etc. What we need is a clear - crystal clear Master Plan for our beloved MALAYSIA.

<description>There are a few organizations struggling to further the innovations part of Malaysians by providing grants or financial aid to any Malaysians who are creative, innovative and desire to move forward. SOme of organizations I have joined such as Cradle Investment Programme, officiated by Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad is such a good example, although it's a bit slow for the time being. What's important now is not the government role, but Malaysians mentality to open their eyes to see opportunities laid before them. Until when we should be baby-fed or babysit??? think about it, we have lots of ideas but lack of hardwork. In my humble opinion, now it's about time for us to move forward without relying too much on government. "Dimana ada kemahuan, disitu ada jalan". What's important, sincerity and willingness to be successful. Wa'llahu'alam.
