Wealth?

February 12th, 2006

Owh wow, it has been quite some time now since my last
update. Sorry for the waiting (are there somebody who actually read my blog at
the first place. lol).

I like to share my opinion base on the ever popular internet investment Malaysian
people nowadays like to do. Let me do the listing, autosurf (eg : 12dailypro),
doubler, randomizer, pyramid scheme (eg: rapidmall and erarevolution), and
public mutual fund ( eg: swisscash ) and whatever any other internet investment
you may come across. Is the entire program legal? And how bout the halal stuff?
And how is the return etc. First thing I want to give you my personal
experience. For a technical guy like me, I alone have invested at about 20k of amount
of money to some of the program but until now to no avail. I come across many
type of marketers of this type of program in Malaysia and many of them just
know how to make money for themselves and doesn’t even concerns about other
lost of money ( and yeah you might think that they try to help you by
introducing the program but actually they not). Many of the programs stated
have some MLM-like strategy where every person who registers under our name for
example gets certain amount of bonus or commission from the down line.

Maybe you already register in one of those programs and you
get all the monthly income or whatever but does it concern you of how the income
comes from? Yeah I try to ask this question in some of the program forums and what
does the members said? “People who want to success is the person who willing to
take risk and take action” Yes in some points the quote does seems quite true.
But does every risk and taking action is a right thing to do? Taking action and
taking risk without proper knowledge and planning can make people lost a lot
more than just doing nothing. This is why many of Malaysian, especially malay don’t
doing business for long. In this particular topic, the malay (mind you I’m a
malay too) can easily trust somebody they barely know to give them certain
amount of money for them to invest. Eg: swisscash. For god sake, the programs
don’t even have Bank Negara approval. The program may seem quite tasty with
those 300% return in 15 months and yet, the probability it is a scam is a BIG
one.

Why all the people like to do this kind of stuff? I mean why
everyday more and more people joining this kind of program? Because it is an
easy money. Invest certain amount of money; click here and there for every day,
and by the end of the months you get big income. Wow? Doesn’t it concern you
guys on where does the money comes from? I tell you where the money comes from.
You see, when you invest in the program, other people invest in the program
too. When you and somebody else get the return, they will tend to search for
another guy to make him/her invest as a down line. If 1 person alone gets 2 people
as a down line the program will have 3 times the original income. There you
are, your income…  In the end when the market “tepu” already, it will
be the time when all the most below down line get nothing even though you are 1
million richer. What does that mean? It means that you only using other people
as your down line to TAKE their money for your own use. In other words,
thieving….

2005 is the year where it all started to bloom in Malaysia.

Why?
Because Irfan Khairi’s successful stories and his book “Rahsia Jutawan Internet
Terbongkar”. After that news, many people tend to try to follow his successful
career. But one mistake all this Malaysian make is that Irfan Khairi never in
hiss life making money by doing some autosurf or swisscash mutual fund. And
yeah many of this marketing people of the program like to use Irfan Khairi’s
name for their product so that people will trust it. You don’t trust me? Read here (this is extremely important so please please please send this url to your
friends who like to follow Irfan’s career)

Maybe you agree with me in this mater maybe you are not.
Whatever it is, every person has their own free will and own IQ so use it wisely. :)

Japan

January 11th, 2006

Haha. hari ni nak tulis dalam bahasa malaysia. Bukan ape sebab nak cpet. kejap lagi nak kuar gi jumpa client.. Kalau guna english nak check typo lagi (itu dah tentu.. dan nama pun typo king =D ), check spelling, grammar. nanti orang cakap ape plak.

Well, Hari ni nak cakap perihal jepun sikit.

Lain kali kalau nak buat article patut buat kerja rumah dulu etc. Ni main pakai taram jer nak letak ape. Kira cam diorang samanakan anime naruto, gundam, bleach, dengan hentai-hentai. Hahaha.. habis la lepas ni tv3, tv1, astro semua tak main dah anime sebab semua tu porn. lol..

Okla enough pasal anime/hentai nyer isu. Sekarang ni aku nak cite pasal org jepun sorang ni yang aku kenal. Presiden kepada sebuah klub golf terkenal kat JB ni. Aku dapat la projek dari diorang pasal pemasangan networking kat satu ‘club house’ dier. So kira cam bidan terjun la gaak sebab aaku takde expertise dalam bidang ni. Kira jadi org gh jer cari contractor lain buatkan. Makan komisyen jer la :p. Dipendekkan cerita, masuk hari ni dah dekat sebulan lebih masa first jumpa diorang tp sampai sekarng tak habis2 dengan quotation. Rasanya dah 4 kali quotation dah. Tatau la salah pihak aku ke pihak diorang tapi yang pastinyer, setiap kali kitaorang kasi quotaion dier akan tukar architechture networking plan dier. Tak ke panas jer hati.. haha. Pastu kekadang architecture yang tak masuk akal yang mmg takkan jalan nyer la network kalau buat camtu. taapi dier nak gak buat. Bak kata kmie ; "stupid japanase" (no offense, this is for that one japanese only).

Tp dalam pada itu aku pun ada la gak blaja satu dua perkara. First thing, Jangan buat job yang bukan bidang kita. Haha lain benar buat web solution ngan wiring networking ni. Kalau setup network reti la gak aku.. uhuhu. Secondly, jangan tamak dengan projek nanti banyak giler tergendala :). and last but not least, Jangan tamak pada keuntungan. Biar untung sket, tp client stay pada kita. Well mmg itu pun yang aku buat selama ini tp ada org yang dalam projekni bersama aku nak gak suh mock up sampai 2-3k. Tak ke giler namanya. Padahal projek tu baru 4-5k. Lainla kalau projek juta2 =D

Music

January 6th, 2006

I got this news from zulkmie blog regarding some stupid club or whatever wanted to imposing a levy on blank cd-r. And there was actually people who agreeing with the idea. My my.. such typical malaysian. I bet they dont know how to use cdr to backup his work and all, they actually dont know what cd writer looks like. :)

And yeah zulkmie makes me remembered something during last week about the black metal party and how those party organiser said malaysian are paranoid. And yeah they are all comes from profesional background, engineer, project manager etc. And there was some "tudung" girl captured too during the raid. They said they are just music lovers, independent bla bla.. what a joke! Music lovers dont use buntings, banners and posters that have satans and black metal logo in it for cry sake. And although maybe (just maybe) it’s true that they say they were, they still can be captured because of doing a party ( in this case gathering people ) without the proper written authority to the police.

Still, i will remember that guy face who said malaysian is paranoid. Loser like him should be dumped kicked out from Malaysia.

January 1st, 2006

I wonder why did i delete my last blog here at friendster. Mayb because the blog got so many ranting it looks like a political forum instead of ordinary blog. Blerghh. Well here i am again trying to make a good blog where everybody actually read it.

Actually, it is one of my 2006 resolution to have my own blog using my own hosting and domain (www.myname.com). But before i actually go to that, i want to try using friendster blog first. Happy blogging me.
